CommunityViewer 2 GIS CommunityViewer 2 (CV2) is an enhanced version of the basic CommunityViewer (CV) software. CV2 is a geographic information system (GIS) with minimal learning curve for basic options yet offering a wide range of features for technical and more advanced users.
