CommunityViewer & LUCA WebMeetings These Web meetings are designed to provide instruction on the use of the CommunityViewer (CV) software for Census 2010 LUCA participants using CV. Invited participants are provided connection information by e-mail. To participate in a session connect via Internet to the URL provided in the e-mail a few minutes before the start of the session. If more than one person is participating at your location, it is suggested that a projection device be used with your computer for easier viewing. A minute or two before the session is scheduled to start, call the telephone number provided in the e-mail to join the session conference call. If more than one person is participating at your location, it is suggested that a speaker phone be used. Participants will view CV operations on a computer operated by Warren Glimpse who will also be presenting the session. The sessions are intended to be dialog/interactive with a question/answer-discussion format. While the initial sessions are designed to provide instruction on using CV, the sessions are not really hands-on training due to the limited amount of time available to cover many topics. However, those interested might consider having a different computer, loaded with CV, available for limited follow-along.
