Estimates of property value, based on American Community Survey data, at the national, state and metro levels are organized in an interactive ranking table.  Inflation adjusted estimates are shown for 2007, 2008 and change.

Housing Price Index (HPI) by Metro quarterly update.

The updated ranking table shows the latest quarterly HPI data, through 4th quarter 2009. Data will be updated on May 25th with 1st quarter 2010 data and related prior quarterly estimates and re-computed quarterly change values.

CommunityViewer Updates ...

The new Tools>TerritoryManager, now under development, enables users to create custom territories (such as groups of contiguous census tracts) based on user-specified demographic criteria.  The TerritoryManager may be used to create and manage sales/marketing territories, develop attendance zones in school districts and develop/review redistricting plans. This feature will be reviewed in more detail in April.
